How far in advance should I make a reservation?

To provide you with the best service, it is recommended to make a reservation at least 24 hours prior to pick up time. However in most cases, we can have a vehicle on short notice upon availability.

For stretch limousine reservations, 72 hours notice is recommended.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations and modifications made within 2 hours of a scheduled pick-up time will result in a full charge equal to the base fare of the trip.  A van, SUV or stretch limousine reservation requires 12 hours cancellation notice.  A coach requires 48 hours notice.

Is it possible to place, change or cancel a reservation with my driver?

No, we require that all changes, confirmations and cancellations be called in to our office.

What happens if a passenger can’t locate their vehicle?

If a passenger is unable to locate their driver, our office must be contacted at 905-814-6678.  Full charges apply without exception where passengers leave their pick up location without contacting us.

How much time do I have to meet the driver at the airport?

We provide 45 minutes of free wait time on each airport arrival transfer for you to deplane and pick up your luggage.  If you expect to require more time for luggage issues or customs, please notify our office to ensure your vehicle waits. Extra waiting time charges will apply for airport arrivals when vehicles are called-in to the terminal after 1 hour from the actual arrival time.

What about wait time at any pick up location (besides airport)?

Charges apply for wait time greater than 15 minutes and will be billed in 15 minute increments.

What happens if my plane is late or early arriving?

By providing your airline name and flight number we are able to monitor your flight for any changes. We will ensure that a car will be waiting for you when you arrive.  Should you have any problems or need additional assistance when you arrive, please call us at 905-814-6678.  We will be glad to help.

What if I require an additional stop or more than one pick up or drop off  location?

Additional stops will be billed based on distance and time.

Are car services available 24 hours a day?

Yes, however a $30 late night surcharge will apply for a pick up between 12:30 am and 4:00 am.

Are car services available on holidays?

Yes, we are available during all holidays.  Please be aware we do apply a holiday surcharge for Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

What are your other fees?

Other fees including tolls, parking, ferry fee, airport fee and fuel surcharge will be added to your invoice.  All prices are subject to 15% gratuity and HST.
